By installing and using SteamSage ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy . If you don't agree, don't install or uninstall the extension.

2. What the Service is

SteamSage is a browser extension that displays price information from third-party game stores on Steam game pages. It is provided free of charge, "as is", without warranty of any kind.

3. Prices are informational

Prices shown by SteamSage are pulled from third-party stores and may be outdated, incorrect, or unavailable by the time you complete a purchase. Always verify the final price on the store's own page before purchasing. SteamSage is not responsible for pricing discrepancies, out-of-stock items, or store errors.

4. Affiliate disclosure

When you click See offer on the SteamSage overlay and complete a purchase on the destination store, SteamSage may receive a small affiliate commission at no extra cost to you.

This is how the Service stays free. We link to legitimate retailers regardless of commission size — our ranking is based on lowest price, not highest kickback.

5. Third-party purchases

Any transaction you make on a third-party store is between you and that store. SteamSage is not a party to any purchase, is not responsible for the store's fulfillment, refund policies, key delivery, or customer support. Contact the store directly for any purchase issues.

6. Third-party marks

"Steam" is a trademark of Valve Corporation. SteamSage is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve. All game titles, logos, and images belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SteamSage and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or purchases made based on inaccurate information.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Spain.
